To our valued clients (and those we have yet to meet),
I wanted to take a moment to say thank you and reflect on the ride we’ve been on together at Liberty Fox Technologies.
More than fifteen years ago, I started this company as a 24‑year‑old solopreneur with more ambition than experience. The early days were full of firsts: learning how to run a business, how to invoice and collect receivables, how to pay taxes, and eventually how to bring the right people on board. Tom Depole, who’s still with us today, joined me in the spare bedroom of my North Philadelphia apartment. It was a far cry from the office we now occupy in Huntingdon Valley, but it was the beginning of something real.
Since then, we’ve grown in ways I couldn’t have imagined back then. The milestones and numbers only tell part of that story. The rest is about the people — our clients, our partners, and the LFT team — who trusted us, challenged us, and helped shape who we are today.
Over the years, the problems our clients bring to us have continued to evolve. Software alone is no longer enough. Organizations are navigating increasing complexity, tighter margins, regulatory pressure, and a growing need to move faster without sacrificing trust or accountability. Those challenges pushed us to sharpen our skills, expand our toolsets, and think more deeply about the role technology should actually play.
At the same time, artificial intelligence moved from theory into real, practical application. Rather than chasing trends, we approached this shift the same way we always have: by learning deeply, applying thoughtfully, and staying grounded in real outcomes. Today, we help organizations design intelligent, agent‑driven solutions that augment human expertise and streamline critical workflows, particularly in healthcare, where precision and responsibility matter most.
We don’t believe in replacing people with technology. We believe in building systems that support better decisions, clearer processes, and more resilient operations. This isn’t a departure from who we’ve been. It’s the natural result of years of experience, hard lessons, and trust earned along the way.
As I look back, it feels a lot like a roller coaster coming back into the station. And just like before, I’m stepping off only to head right back to the line. The excitement is still there — just better informed this time.
I hope you’ll continue the ride with us.
